A big top under a small house roof - that was the theme of the visiting Ringling Brothers Circus at the Avalon by Otterbein Perrysburg small house neighborhood on Veteran’s Day. The traveling circus consisted of performing dogs, clowns, Chinese balancing act performers, and acrobats. While they still have a traditional building they incorporate many of the elements of person centered care and they plan to build small houses in the near future.
